Arrivals between 9 AM and 8 PM from Monday to Friday and from 9 AM and 6 PM on weekends should head to the property?s office at Ronda Universitat, number 20, 3rd floor, 3rd door. If the door downstairs is closed, ring bell 3o - 3a. If you arrive outside office hours or on a national holiday call 30 minutes before reaching the office on +34 617 433 842.

If you arrive before 1 PM and your apartment has not yet been prepared, you will be able to leave your luggage in the office and come back for it and the keys later.
